Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations and confidently present treatment plans, particularly for implant and cosmetic cases (single implants, bridges, All-on-X/full arch). Educate patients about procedures, address concerns, and support strong case acceptance. Balances multiple responsibilities with confidence, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Verify insurance benefits, generate accurate estimates, and manage insurance A/R. Discuss and set up financial options, including third-party financing. Schedule appointments strategically to maximize provider time and patient flow. Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence—creating an excellent first impression What We’re Looking For: 2+ years dental experience, preferably in treatment coordination or implant-focused roles. Strong knowledge of both general and advanced implant procedures. Confident communicator—skilled at presenting treatment, finances, and overcoming objections. Experience with insurance verification, claims follow-up, and A/R. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing the schedule. Familiarity with Dentrix practice management software.
