Travel between offices may be needed. Instrument Technician / Sterile Processing Technician – Oral Surgery Fairfax Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a multi-location specialty practice seeking a full-time Instrument Technician / Sterile Processing Technician. This position may work primarily in one office but must be willing to travel between locations as needed. No dental experience required. Compensation depends on experience with opportunities for advancement. This is a strong entry point into dentistry, surgical assisting, or healthcare sterilization careers.
