Dental Assistant (Growth-Oriented, Biological & Airway-Focused Practice) San Antonio, TX | Full-Time We are a privately owned, progressive dental practice focused on biological dentistry, airway health, and whole-body wellness. Our team values education, precision, and patient-centered care over speed and volume. We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is reliable, curious, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven practice. Position Overview Schedule: 4 clinical days M, T, Th, F / full-time Clinical days: 8-hour shifts Paid lunch hour Opportunity for expanded responsibilities as the practice grows Who This Role Is For This position is a good fit for an assistant who: Takes pride in organization, preparation, and attention to detail Enjoys working as part of a highly collaborative clinical team Is interested in airway-focused dentistry, prevention, and patient education Is open to learning new systems, materials, and clinical philosophies Wants to grow professionally rather than remain stagnant Experience in biological or holistic dentistry is not required. A strong work ethic, coachability, and willingness to learn are required.
