As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for assisting our dentists and hygienists with patient care, in addition to maintaining clean treatment rooms, sterilizing and maintenance of dental instruments, taking x-rays, making patients feel welcome and comfortable during all aspects of care, and assisting at the front desk area as needed. Our ideal candidate: • Is friendly, compassionate, and loves to smile • Is organized, professional, and a team player • Has a strong sense of accountability and takes pride in his/her work • Experience as a chairside assistant is preferred, but new grads are welcomed! • Has demonstrated computer skills and experience with Open Dental (or similar software) • Has participated with administrative tasks in a dental practice before • Is willing to learn and grow with new skills Our team enjoys a 4 day work week: Monday and Tuesday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, and Friday: 7:00am - 2:00 pm. We have morning huddles and regular team meetings, as communication is a cornerstone to our success. To be considered, you must also have a current radiology license and Hep-B vaccination. CDA is a big plus! Compensation is based upon skills and experience.
