Dental Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Coordinator Full-Time | In Office | Glen Mills, PA Monday-Friday | No evenings or weekends Pay: $27-$32/hour, depending on experience We are a privately owned, single-doctor dental practice looking for an experienced dental front desk professional to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a busy office. This role is ideal for a person who likes to stay ahead, keep things on track, communicate clearly, and do what is needed to support both patients and coworkers throughout the day. Our office is established, growing, and in demand. We have 2 full-time hygienists, 2 full-time EFDAs, strong systems, and a supportive team culture. Hygiene is booked well in advance, and the front desk plays an important role in keeping the office organized and the day running smoothly. This position is supported by remote administrative help and third-party partners for insurance verification, billing, reconciliation, and patient statements. Remote support also assists with training, phones, filling hygiene openings, A/R follow-up, and select higher-level front office matters, allowing the in-office front desk coordinator to stay focused on patient communication, scheduling, collections, organization, and daily flow. We also believe strongly in teamwork. When one person gets busy, others step in willingly to help. We are looking for someone who values that kind of environment and wants to contribute to it. Responsibilities: *Greet patients warmly and professionally *Manage check-in and check-out *Answer and triage phone calls professionally *Manage phone scheduling and key front desk scheduling responsibilities *Coordinate with the hygienists and clinical team to keep the schedule accurate, productive, and running smoothly *Review the day ahead and prepare proactively *Participate in daily huddle preparation and communication *Collect co-pays, balances, and estimated patient portions *Stay organized and use downtime well to prepare for upcoming needs *Help maintain a calm, professional, patient-focused front desk Qualifications: *Dental front desk experience required *Strong communication and organizational skills *Attention to detail and follow-through *Comfortable with patient scheduling, phones, and collections *Able to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment *Willing to follow systems and established protocols *Open Dental experience preferred Benefits: *Medical, dental, and vision benefits *HSA, depending on plan selected *Paid time off *Bonus system *Retirement plan with employer contribution About the position: *Full-time, in-office role *Approximately 35-38 hours per week *Monday-Friday *No evenings or weekends We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a private practice that values professionalism, teamwork, preparation, and a strong patient experience.
