We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and bridges. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care and workflow in the dental office. Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including new technologies and techniques related to prosthodontics and medical imaging. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures to promote long-term dental health. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures. Proficiency in using open dental software for managing patient records and scheduling appointments. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and address their concerns. Ability to provide empathetic patient care while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Familiarity with medical documentation practices and the importance of maintaining confidentiality in medical records. Experience in surgery and sedation is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. If you have an interest in IV sedation this is a great opportunity for you to learn.
