Magnolia Dentistry 1219 Barataria Blvd, STE B Marrero, LA 70072 [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]Magnoliadentistryla.com [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] Benefits: -4 days of paid time off (PTO) -3 paid holidays (beginning after 6 months of employment) -Compensation based on production or a guaranteed daily rate — whichever is higher Responsibilities: -Provide thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance) -Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting -Take diagnostic X-rays -Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventive care -Assist in co-diagnosis and communicate findings clearly with the doctor -Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes -Ensure proper infection control and sterilization protocols are followed -Team-Oriented Expectations As a private practice, we value teamwork and a supportive environment. When not seeing patients, we expect our hygienists to contribute to the overall success of the office, including: -Helping keep operatories clean, stocked, and organized -Assisting with sterilization and instrument turnover when needed -Supporting front or back office tasks during downtime -Contributing to a positive, efficient, and patient-focused workflow Qualifications: -Active Louisiana RDH license -CPR/BLS certification -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset -Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment -Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
