We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, education-forward setting. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with top-tier faculty, contribute to the production of high-impact digital content, and ensure every course is flawlessly executed. 💼 What You’ll Do Be the right hand to faculty during live hands-on workshops Maintain dental tools and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange repairs Manage and reorder clinical supplies to keep our workshops running smoothly Uphold OSHA and HIPAA compliance across all training environments Support the setup, breakdown, and logistics for all in-person courses Assist with high-volume production of in-house dental models Assist chairside alongside our resident faculty within our on-site private practice 🌟Note: Weekend availability is required due to workshop schedules. ✅What You Bring 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant Weekend and evening availability Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail Dental Assisting Certification (preferred) Radiography Certification (preferred) Familiarity with OSHA/Infection Control standards Experience with CEREC and Sidexis (a plus!) 💲Compensation & Perks Hourly range: $22–$27 (depending on experience and qualifications) Full-time role with a full range of comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development opportunities A collaborative, mission-driven team 🌟Why Spear?
