This is a realistic commuter role for providers in the west and northwest San Antonio corridor. A high-demand, well-supported dental office in Hondo is seeking a full-time General Dentist to step into a solo-doctor leadership role. This is a confidential search. This role is built for a dentist who wants to focus on patient care while running their own clinical environment. Hondo offers a less saturated market with strong patient access, allowing many dentists to produce at a higher level than in larger cities. At the same time, it remains close enough to San Antonio to maintain metro living if preferred. What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide comprehensive general dentistry and treatment planning ⁃ Perform extractions and endodontic procedures ⁃ Treat both adult and pediatric patients ⁃ Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation ⁃ Build and lead a positive, team-focused culture What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS or DMD from an accredited program ⁃ Active Texas dental license ⁃ Active DEA and BLS certifications ⁃ Experience with extractions and endodontics ⁃ Comfort treating a wide range of patients Compensation Up to $20,000 monthly guarantee plus production.
