Position Summary The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality dental care to patients while working collaboratively with the dental team. This role is ideal for a dentist seeking flexible hours, work-life balance, or supplemental clinical days. Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions • Develop and present treatment plans to patients • Provide general dentistry services, including but not limited to: • Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) • Extractions and basic oral surgery • Endodontic and periodontal procedures (as comfortable) • Preventive care and patient education • Maintain accurate and timely patient records • Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards • Collaborate with assistants, and front office staff • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and patient care Qualifications • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school • Active and unrestricted dental license in California • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to ethical, patient-focused dentistry Experience • More than 1 year of dental clinic working experience as dentists Schedule • Time: 1–5 days per week • Flexible scheduling options available What Makes This Opportunity Unique • Competitive daily rate or percentage of collections (DOE) • Flexible schedule and supportive work environment • Modern equipment and digital systems • Opportunity for potential ownership transition.
