The dental hygienist will perform a variety of clinical and patient care tasks, including dental prophylaxis, providing hygiene services, assisting in the treatment of periodontal disease, and educating patients on proper oral health practices. They will collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver high-quality care while maintaining patient comfort and safety. We offer a competitive pay structure with a guaranteed base rate of $27–$31/hour (based on experience), with the opportunity to earn more through production-based compensation. You will receive whichever is greater each pay period. Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (arrive at 9:45 AM) Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (arrive at 7:45 AM) Some Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (arrive at 7:45 AM) Qualifications Proficiency in Dentistry practices and procedures Experience in providing hygiene services Skilled in Dental Prophylaxis techniques and procedures Knowledge of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of Periodontal Disease Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and connect with patients Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
