Registered Dental Assistant – General Dentistry **Cypress, TX** Our established general dentistry practice in Cypress, Texas, is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. We maintain a high standard of patient care and utilize advanced dental technology to provide a streamlined experience for both our staff and our patients. **Position Overview** The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a general dentistry setting. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in chairside assisting, maintains a high level of professional conduct, and possesses a strong technical aptitude. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the candidate should be comfortable supporting front desk operations as needed, including patient communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks. **Required Clinical & Technical Skills** - Software: Proficiency in Dentrix is preferred. - Imaging: Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral cameras. - Digital Dentistry: Experience with digital impressions/scanning. - Versatility: Previous experience with front-office administrative tasks is highly preferred. **Candidate Requirements** - Current RDA license in the state of Texas. - Strong understanding of OSHA and HIPAA compliance. - Punctual, organized, and capable of managing a multi-operatory schedule. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain clinical procedures clearly to patients. **Professional Environment** We offer a stable, collaborative workplace characterized by professional excellence and a high-quality patient base.
