We are a growing family dental practice seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Requirements Active RDA certification (required) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Key Responsibilities Build rapport with patients, ensuring comfort and a positive experience during treatment Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and disinfect instruments, and set up trays and materials Assist the dentist during procedures Take and process diagnostic dental x-rays Take preliminary impressions and bite registrations; pour, trim, and mount study models Fabricate bleaching trays, temporary restorations, and custom impression trays Provide post-treatment support and coordinate follow-up care with the front desk Assist with scheduling, insurance processing, and maintaining accurate patient records Maintain RDA certification and complete continuing education requirements Why Join Us?
