We are family oriented General Dental practice seeking a positive team player to provide extraordinary care to our patients. We are seeking a full time dental assistant with a minimum of three year of dental assistance experience, reliable, self-motivated and computer literate with great communications skills. Dental assistant duties include, but are not limited to: • Chair side Assistance: Assisting dentists during dental procedures by passing instruments, using suction, and handing materials. • Sterilization: Cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments according to OSHA regulations. • Patient Care: Greet and seat patients, take medical histories, and take vital signs. • Radiography & Imaging: Taking dental X-rays and imaging. • Dental Procedures: Making dental impressions, applying fluoride and fabricating temporary crowns. • Lab Work: Pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts.
