Job description: About the Role Longview Family Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Our practice is built on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment, and we are looking for a leader who can support that vision while driving performance and team success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, managing operations, and making a measurable impact on practice growth and patient experience. Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (administrative focus, in-office required) ***Enjoy consistent weekday hours with early Fridays. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and consistency Lead, coach, and support the front office and clinical teams Monitor office performance, including KPIs, production, and collections Review reports, budgets, and key metrics to drive informed decisions Support treatment planning and case presentation to improve patient acceptance Maintain strong patient experience standards and team accountability Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall office organization Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented culture Partner with leadership to support growth and operational improvement's What We’re Looking For: Previous dental office manager experience required Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to understand and act on KPIs, financial reports, and office performance metrics Experience with treatment planning and patient financial discussions Highly organized with strong multitasking ability Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience with Open Dental Bilingual (a plus) Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
