Job description: About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Our practice offers a wide range of services from general and restorative dentistry to advanced procedures, allowing our team to grow and expand their skills. We’re looking for an assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, and who takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient. Schedule Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Enjoy early start times with early afternoons off and long weekends. What You’ll Do Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures Take digital X-rays and use intraoral camera for patient education Take impressions and pour/trim models Perform sterilization and maintain operatory readiness Assist with restorative procedures including crowns and fillings Fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns Assist with advanced procedures including implants, Invisalign, and CEREC restorations Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Accurately chart and input patient notes Support hygiene team and assist other staff members as needed Schedule follow-up appointments and recalls What We’re Looking For Active Texas RDA license Nitrous certification required Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent communication and follow-through Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn and grow Preferred (Not Required) Pit & fissure sealant and coronal polishing certification Experience with Open Dental and Dexis Experience with digital scanning systems What We Offer $500 Sign-on bonus Competitive pay ($18–$22/hr) Monthly bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to grow your clinical skillset Why Join our team?
