Job description: About the Role Aesthetic Dentistry of Georgetown is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Our practice is known for delivering high-quality, cosmetic and comprehensive dental care in a modern, boutique-style environment. We focus on creating an elevated patient experience built on trust, communication, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, personable, and highly polished, with the ability to connect with patients and guide them confidently through their treatment and financial decisions. Schedule: 4 days per week Option for 4 days + every other Friday Flexible schedule with strong work-life balance What You’ll Do: Present treatment plans and guide patients through financial arrangements Build strong relationships with patients and support case acceptance Post patient and insurance payments accurately Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Review and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) Prepare insurance narratives and submit supporting documentation (including X-rays) Manage recall and follow-up systems to maintain patient continuity of care Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules Coordinate specialty referrals Call in prescriptions as needed Run end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-month (EOM) reports Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized front office environment What We’re Looking For: Dental front office experience required Experience with Open Dental (required) Strong knowledge of insurance, claims, and EOBs Experience with treatment planning and financial discussions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to connect with a relationship-driven, quality-focused patient base Highly organized with strong attention to detail What Makes This Role Unique: Work in a fee-for-service, cosmetic-focused practice Be part of a team that prioritizes quality, presentation, and patient experience Build long-term relationships with patients in a more personalized setting Contribute to a practice that values both clinical excellence and aesthetics What We Offer: Competitive pay ($25–$30/hour) Monthly bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Life and disability insurance Voluntary benefit options Supportive, team-oriented environment Why Join Aesthetic Dentistry of Georgetown?
