Remote Marketing Coordinator – Community Outreach (Houston) Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday (some evenings/weekends for events) Travel: Remote , but in the field, Local travel required About the Role: We’re looking for someone to help grow our pediatric dental and orthodontic practices by connecting with the local community. This is a hands-on, field role. You’ll be out meeting people, visiting offices, schools, and events, and building relationships that bring in new patients. What You’ll Do: Visit pediatricians, dentists, schools, and daycares Build relationships and promote our services Help set up and attend community events Bring marketing materials to visits Take photos/videos for social media Track your outreach and referrals Work with leadership and marketing teams What We’re Looking For: Bilingual (Spanish/English) required 1–2 years in marketing, sales, or outreach Good with people and communication Organized and self-motivated Comfortable being out in the field Bonus if you have healthcare or dental experience Other Requirements: Must live near Houston Reliable car (mileage reimbursed) Able to lift up to 50 lbs Open to occasional evenings/weekends Why This Role: You’ll be out in the community, building real connections and helping families find quality dental care.
