Associate Dentist – Established, Fee-for-service Practice | Langley, WA (Whidbey Island) $300,000+ | Immediate Patient Flow Saratoga Dental is seeking an associate dentist to join our practice in Langley, Washington on South Whidbey Island. Our practice is built around thoughtful, comprehensive care—we maintain strong production while avoiding a high-volume or corporate feel. This is a strong opportunity to step into a productive, well-established schedule right away. Our current associate produces over $5,500/day, and their patients and treatment will transition directly to you. About the practice: • Comprehensive general dentistry with focus on implants, cosmetics, TMJ, and orthodontics • A productive, unhurried environment with a focus on quality over volume. • Technology-forward (CEREC Primescan with in-house milling, CBCT, SprintRay 3D printing, Voice Charting) • Experienced, supportive and stable team with long tenure • Patient base that values high-quality, relationship-based care What we’re looking for: • Comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry • Efficient and calm in a busy clinical setting • Strong communication skills • Interest in growing into advanced procedures is a plus Schedule: • Full-time or part-time available Compensation: • 30%-33% of production depending on experience and scope • $800/day minimum • High earning potential due to strong patient flow • Out-of-network, fee-for-service model supporting higher production and earning potential compared to insurance-driven practices • Benefits include CE support, malpractice, dental and more.
