This role is for someone with a strong background in dental operations, including insurance workflows, billing, and patient scheduling, who can lead a team and keep the practice running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and keeping both people and processes aligned. What You’ll Do ⁃ Oversee daily operations across front and back office ⁃ Manage scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication ⁃ Handle insurance verification, billing, and accounts receivable follow-up ⁃ Hire, train, and support team members ⁃ Track production, collections, and key performance metrics ⁃ Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office standards What You’ll Bring ⁃ 3–5+ years of dental office management experience (required) ⁃ Strong knowledge of PPO, HMO, and dental billing workflows ⁃ Experience with Dentrix ⁃ Confident leadership and accountability with team performance ⁃ Organized, steady, and comfortable managing a busy practice Compensation $35–40/hour based on experience, with bonus potential tied to performance. Location This is an in-person role in San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675, serving patients across South Orange County, including Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and Dana Point.
