If you've been looking for a place where your work actually makes a difference, you've found it. The Role We're looking for a positive, motivated RDA to join our growing full-time team. You'll work chair-side with our clinical team, support patient flow, and play an active role in building relationships with our patients — from their first visit through their care journey. What You'll Do Assist the doctor chair-side during examinations and procedures Take X-rays, impressions, and assist with airway/sleep-focused treatment protocols Assist with tad placements Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental Follow up with patients via phone and our CRM to support scheduling, treatment acceptance, and care coordination Help maintain a smooth, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment Collaborate closely with the front office and clinical team What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA license (required) Experience with Open Dental is a plus — we'll train the right person Quick learner with basic software and technology Genuinely positive, team-first attitude Comfortable calling patients and building rapport over the phone Interest in airway health, sleep dentistry, or functional/whole-body wellness — even if you're just getting started in this space Compensation $28/hour ($53,760/year) during training $30/hour ($58,000/year) after training Bonuses available Full-time position Location 500 E.
