Our incredible hygienist of 8 years is moving on to write the next chapter in her life! We are searching for someone amazing to fill her shoes. This is the only full time hygiene position in our office. You will work alongside a supportive doctor, another part time hygienist and small experienced team that truly values collaboration and consistency. This is a great opportunity to work in a cosmetic focused practice where patient care comes first. We offer an ideal schedule (because work life balance matters). The office sees patients Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 3 PM. Enjoy every Friday off! We are a well established modern private practice in the Ballantyne/Blakeney area of South Charlotte offering adult general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Ghim has proudly served our community for over 25 years. His long standing reputation is built on relationships, trust and delivering exceptional care with a personalized touch. As a small, relationship driven practice, we are seeking someone who brings more than clinical skill, but also the right presence. Someone who has a positive, steady energy that helps create a calm, welcoming environment for both patients and teammates. A team first mentality, always willing to step in and support wherever needed as well as the ability to build genuine connections with patients making them fell comfortable, valued and cared for at eery visit. Start date is June 22nd with two weeks hands-on admin and chair side training alongside our current hygienist to ensure you feel comfortable, confident and set up for success from day one. The office will then be closed for our annual summer vacation July 6th - 9th, returning to the office on July 13th. Positions like this do not come around often.
