Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Signature Smiles Woodlands – Private Multi-Doctor Practice Signature Smiles Woodlands is seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing, privately owned practice. We are a multi-doctor office providing comprehensive care in general dentistry, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. We welcome applicants at all levels of experience — from new graduates to seasoned assistants — who are eager to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What We’re Looking For • Active Texas RDA license • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills with patients and parents • Commitment to high standards of patient care • Team player who takes initiative Experience in orthodontics and/or pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required.
