Seeking a part time to Full-Time Associate Dentist Poindexter Dental, Inc. Our practice provides comprehensive care for the entire family. (Can lead to full time) Our office hours are Monday-Thursday (7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) We will discuss the days we need from the Associate Dentist at the time of the interview and needs of our Patient Care and Dentist. If hired you will focus on diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions. Being a part of our experienced team, you will receive support as needed to assist you in case management. As an Associate Dentist you will examine, diagnose, and provide treatment and counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner. Starting salary is market comparative and will be discussed at time of the interview. (By production 30% or by the hour.) Responsibilities: * Quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of the dental profession. * Educating patients on Oral Health and various treatment options utilizing digital equipment. * Assess treatment planning options with patients and staff prior to performing procedures. * Maintaining detailed medical histories and records along with administrative team * Keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing education. Requirements: * We are NOT able to do Sponsorships from other countries. * Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. * Only a Texas Dental license will be accepted or a multi-state license. Must have before working interview and hire date. * Labiality Insurance. Must have before working interview and hire date. * NPI Number. Must have before working interview and hire date. * You will be expected to perform; molar endodontics, and various other dental surgeries and services within the scope of experience and training. This will be discussed further in person with the Dentist. * The preference is for a General Dentist with experience of minimum 2 years. * We may consider a new graduate after Residency with one year of experience. * Must be flexible with the schedule able to work Monday to Thursday (Part time to full time- 32 hrs) * Must have independent liability insurance coverage before hire date.
