As the first and last person patients interact with during their visit, you’ll help create an environment that feels both welcoming and well-structured. Your ability to manage details, communicate clearly, and stay organized will directly support a smooth, stress-free experience for both patients and team members. Core Responsibilities -Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression -Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and daily calendar management -Handle inbound calls and assist with appointment adjustments -Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits clearly -Review treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements -Process payments and assist with billing tasks -Work closely with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow -Keep the reception area professional, tidy, and inviting What We’re Looking For -At least 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting preferred -Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software -Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly demeanor -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail -Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed in a busy environment -Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset Schedule & Highlights -Full-time, Monday through Friday -No weekend hours -Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates -Supportive, team-driven culture in a privately owned practice If you’re someone who thrives on creating order, enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and informed, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently, we’d love to connect with you.
