We are looking for a strong, experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and thrives in an organized, high-energy environment. You will be responsible for assisting chairside with a variety of procedures, taking high-quality X-rays, photos, and scans, supporting clinical flow, and helping keep the schedule running efficiently throughout the day. This position also plays a key role in guiding and supporting the back office team, maintaining sterilization standards, and ensuring operatories are fully prepared at all times. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred), is X-ray certified, and is confident, reliable, and team-oriented.
