WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for an amazing Front Desk Coordinator / Scheduling Rockstar to join our team! You’ll be the first impression of our office, so we’re looking for someone who: Has SUPERIOR customer service skills 😊 Is friendly, outgoing & bubbly Loves working with people (especially kids & parents!) Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Is a team player but can also work independently Is detail-oriented and dependable Has great communication skills 💡 Dental front office experience is required RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude Scheduling and confirming appointments Answering phones and handling patient inquiries Managing patient flow and front office operations Helping create a smooth, positive patient experience REQUIREMENTS Dental front desk experience (Required) Strong computer and communication skills Spanish speaking (Preferred) SCHEDULE Full-time Monday–Friday 1 Saturday a Year 8-hour shifts COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Starting at $18+/hour (based on experience) Opportunities for raises & bonuses 💰 Benefits after probation period: 401(k) + matching Health & dental insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Vacation begins accruing after 1 year
