Joining the practice offers the opportunity to work in a supportive setting with a focus on clinical excellence and strong patient relationships. www.SymphonyDentalCare.com Unique Opportunity: Dr. Kolokithas is offering a signing bonus of $500 to the right Hygienist candidate upon signing of a 1yr contract and completion of 1 month of work. After 3 months of consecutive work compensation will be raised by $1/hr. After 6 months of consecutive work compensation will be raised by an additional $1/hr. Compensation ranges from $41-46/hr depending on experience. This role will work 2 days/per week, *8 patients a day (Mondays and Tuesdays are preferred). If candidate is looking for full-time employment, our team will assist in finding an additional office in which to meet the F/T needs. If candidate is looking to relocate to the Rogers area for employment, a fully furnished rental may be available for a 2 month duration 4 minutes from the office rent free instead of the signing bonus while looking for a residence (candidate would pay utilities only). This can be discussed during the vetting process if this is of interest to the candidate. In-House dental benefits are provided for the hygienist and immediate family. Role Description: The hygienist will provide comprehensive preventive dental care, including dental prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing, and application of preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, taking and interpreting dental radiographs, documenting clinical findings, and supporting the dentist in diagnosis and treatment planning. The role also involves educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal disease prevention, and individualized home care routines, while maintaining strict infection control and safety protocols. The hygienist will collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience for every visitor. Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in Dentistry and Dental Care to support comprehensive patient treatment. Candidates should possess expertise in Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis for delivering high-quality preventive services. Candidates should possess knowledge of Periodontal Disease, including assessment, prevention, and non-surgical therapy. Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH); current CPR certification. Strong communication and patient education skills, with the ability to build trust and explain treatment clearly. Commitment to infection control standards, attention to detail, and accurate clinical documentation. Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team and manage time effectively in a busy practice setting. Experience with dental practice management or charting software.
