Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Established 40+ Year Practice Rosenberg Dental Group is a well-established dental practice serving the community for over 40 years. We are looking for a patient-focused Dental Hygienist who values quality care and long-term patient relationships. ✔️ Schedule Monday – Thursday (No weekends, No late evenings) Consistent, predictable schedule ✔️ Patient Care 1 patient per hour (No double booking) Strong recall system with long-term, loyal patients Focus on quality care and patient education ✔️ Practice Environment Established practice with a stable and consistent patient base Independent hygiene (no assistant) Fully digital (Dexis, cloud-based system) Organized and supportive front office team ✔️ Compensation Competitive hourly pay ( + $50 based on experience) Stable hours with long-term opportunity ✔️ What We’re Looking For Licensed RDH in Texas Comfortable working independently Strong clinical and communication skills Someone who values consistency, quality, and patient relationships ✔️ Why Join Us 40+ year reputation in the community No overbooking, no chaotic schedule A place where you can work comfortably and consistently long-term
