RDA Surgical Dental Assistant – Periodontal / Implant Specialty (Fort Worth, TX) Periodontal Associates of Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our established periodontal and dental implant specialty practice. We are a fast-paced periodontal and implant surgery office looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within a specialty practice environment. This is a small, close-knit, non-corporate office with a supportive and respectful team culture. We value professionalism, efficiency, communication, and long-term relationships with both our patients and team members. Position Details: • Full-time Dental Assistant (32–40 hours/week) • Monday–Friday schedule • No weekends • Compensation: $18–$24 per hour depending on experience and skill level Responsibilities: • Chairside assisting during periodontal, implant surgery, and surgical procedures • Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments • Taking digital X-rays and assisting with intraoral photos • Supporting the doctor and clinical team throughout the day • Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable during treatment • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment • Assisting in creating a positive experience for patients, referring offices, and team members Qualifications: • RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) required • X-Ray Certification required • CPR certification required • 1–2 years of dental assisting experience required • Surgical, periodontal, oral surgery, or implant experience strongly preferred • Knowledge of IV sedation is a plus • Experience with OpenDental or similar dental software preferred • Strong communication and patient care skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Must be willing to complete a paid working interview What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience and skill level • Stable hours and consistent schedule • Paid time off and paid holidays • 401(k) with employer matching • Supportive and respectful work environment • Opportunity for long-term growth within a periodontal and implant specialty practice Location: Fort Worth, TX 76107 If you are an experienced RDA looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive periodontal and implant specialty office, we would love to hear from you.
