Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Texas Dental and Braces | Kyle and Cedar Park, TX Pay: $45–$55/hr At Texas Dental and Braces, hygienists aren't an afterthought. We're currently hiring Registered Dental Hygienists at two locations, part time at Kyle Dental and Braces and full time at Cedar Park Dental and Braces, so tell us what works best for you and we'll find the right fit. Why TDB? - Competitive pay: $45–$55/hr - A team culture that's warm, collaborative, and non-corporate - Modern clinics with the latest technology - Mentorship, continuing education, and real growth opportunities - Full administrative and operational support so you can focus on patient care What You'll Be Doing - Perform professional cleanings including scaling, root planing, and polishing - Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting - Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and iTero scans - Apply fluoride treatments and sealants - Identify early signs of decay, gum disease, and other oral health concerns - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care - Collaborate with the doctor during exams and treatment planning - Maintain accurate digital records - Follow infection control and sterilization protocols What We're Looking For - Active RDH license in Texas - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene - Strong clinical fundamentals and infection control knowledge - Friendly, compassionate approach to patient care - Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills - New graduates encouraged to apply!
