If production does not exceed base pay, your guaranteed hourly rate remains protected. Supported Hygiene Workflow -Dedicated hygiene assistant assigned to support workflow -Delegation support for x-rays, room turnover, polishing, fluoride, and instrument processing -Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures -Additional time scheduled for periodontal procedures as needed -Strong clinical leadership and team collaboration This team-based model allows hygienists to focus on patient assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and education while maintaining efficiency and high standards of care.
