General Dentist – Tucson, AZ | Competitive Pay + Benefits Well-established private dental practice in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our growing, patient-centered team. Our modern office features digital radiography, CBCT, intraoral cameras, Same-day crowns, and a friendly, experienced support staff. We provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, crowns/bridges, implants, Invisalign. Position Highlights: • Full-time schedule (4 days per week, no weekends or evenings) • Competitive compensation: Guaranteed base salary (expected first-year earnings $180K–$250K+ depending on experience) • Comprehensive benefits package: Medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, generous CE allowance, paid malpractice insurance, and PTO • Mentorship available for newer graduates • Relocation assistance and signing bonus available Requirements: • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school • Active Arizona dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) • Valid DEA registration • New graduates welcome; 1–5+ years of experience preferred Located in beautiful Tucson, Arizona, enjoy 300+ days of sunshine, stunning desert landscapes, hiking in the Catalina Mountains, and a cost of living significantly lower than Phoenix or California cities.
