Our welcoming family dental practice is looking for a RDA to be the first friendly face patients see and the key to keeping our office running smoothly. Your Role Warmly greet patients and families as they arrive Schedule and confirm appointments for all ages Verify insurance and explain treatment plans clearly Handle payments, billing, and patient records accurately Communicate with our dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow What We’re Looking For RDA experience Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills A caring, family-focused attitude and a professional demeanor Dependable, detail-oriented, and great with people If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, keeping things organized, and being part of a team that truly cares, we’d love to meet you!
