**Front Office Scheduler – OUT-OF-NETWORK / Fee-for-Service Dental Practice** **Near The Oasis on Lake Travis | Austin Area** We are looking for an exceptional Front Office Scheduler to join our modern, relationship-focused dental practice near The Oasis on Lake Travis. This is not a typical dental front desk role. We have built advanced systems using AI, automation, and remote support teams so our in-office team can focus on what actually matters: creating an outstanding patient experience, building relationships, and maintaining a productive schedule and not scrolling on IG or TikTok! We need people who take PRIDE in the work they do have values that show work ethic, compassion, and empathy. What You’ll Be Responsible For * Creating a welcoming, high-end patient experience * Building trust and rapport with patients * Presenting treatment confidently * Collecting finances professionally * Scheduling patients effectively * Maintaining a productive, full schedule * Supporting smooth day-to-day operations What You WON’T Be Buried In Our remote teams and automation systems handle: * Insurance verification * Insurance filing * Most AR and backend administrative tasks That means less stress and more focus on communication, patient connection, and practice growth. ### Who Thrives Here We are looking for someone who: * Has excellent communication and people skills * Is dependable, professional, and emotionally mature * Has strong common sense and attention to detail * Can troubleshoot and think independently * Follows systems and directions well * Takes pride in presentation, organization, and professionalism * Works well in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment * Has experience in a Fee-for-Service or Out-of-Network dental office (strongly preferred) Compensation & Growth * Starting pay: **$24/hour** * Strong bonus system after probationary period ( KPI's must be met ) * Bonuses are tied to practice performance and scheduling success * High performers can earn substantial bonuses every pay period * Annual bonus potential exceeds **$12,000/year** TUESDAY TO FRIDAY ( some mondays) 7:30am arrival - 1 hour lunch - 5:30pm departure We are building a strong, positive, growth-oriented culture and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the practice long term.
