Associate Dentist – Comfort & Care Dentistry – Lincolnton, NC (Greater Charlotte/Lake Norman Area) Associate Dentist opportunity in a modern, comprehensive private practice just outside the Charlotte and Lake Norman area. We offer mentorship if desired, strong patient flow, advanced technology, and a clear long-term pathway toward leadership and potential ownership. This is a great fit for a dentist who wants to practice high-quality, relationship-based dentistry in a supportive environment without the pressure or pace of corporate dentistry. Position Snapshot Full-time associate (Mon–Thurs, optional Fridays) Private practice (non-DSO) 35% of collections (≈98% collection rate) $600/day guaranteed for first 2 months Established patient base with strong new patient flow Fully digital practice with CBCT Dedicated implant/surgical suite 3–4 hygienists scheduled daily Mentorship available if desired No production quotas Ownership/partnership potential About Our Practice Comfort & Care Dentistry is a well-established private practice focused on comprehensive general dentistry, patient comfort, and long-term relationships.
