To ensure each patient receives the time and attention they deserve, we schedule: 90-minute appointments for new patients 60-minute appointments for recall visits This allows us to build meaningful connections and provide thorough, individualized care without rushing. What We’re Looking For We're seeking a team member who is: Experienced (2+ years preferred) Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passionate about delivering the best possible care to every patient Key Responsibilities Perform all duties permitted for a dental hygienist under Texas state law Deliver a superior patient experience while supporting optimal treatment plans Educate patients on oral hygiene, caries prevention, and gum disease control Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board standards) Promote and support the values and goals of our dental practice Qualifications Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited college or technical school Current Texas Dental Hygienist License (Required) Commitment to continuing education in dental hygiene and related fields Job Details Job Type: Full-time (4 days/week) Location: Richmond, Texas Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred If you're ready to work in a supportive, patient-first environment where your skills are valued and your time with each patient is respected, we’d love to meet you!
