Job description: General Dentist – 1 Consistent Day/Week - Busy Existing Schedule Spring Lake, NJ | Family Practice Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our established family practice in Spring Lake, NJ. This position is available on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a busy existing schedule and strong hygiene flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation in general dentistry and a patient-centered approach to care. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Experience with surgical extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement is preferred but not required. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop accurate diagnoses using clinical evaluation and diagnostic imaging Provide a full scope of general dentistry, including restorative procedures, endodontics, prosthodontics, and extractions Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options in a clear and compassionate manner Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines Stay current with advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active New Jersey dental license in good standing Proficiency in Dentrix (preferred) Experience in endodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry is a plus Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care About the Practice We are a well-established, family-oriented dental office known for providing personalized, high-quality care in a welcoming environment.
