Why You’ll Love Working With Us • Time to Care: We do not double-book or rush our providers. You get 50 minutes for adult and 30 minutes for pediatric recare visits. • Advanced Holistic Tech: Work with cutting-edge, wellness-focused technology including microscopes for biofilm analysis, Guided Biofilm Therapy (Airflow), ozone therapy, digital low-radiation radiographs, and laser therapy • We provide top-of-the-line [Cavitron/Piezo] scalers and maintain a strict instrument replacement/sharpening protocol. • Empowered Autonomy: Dr. Kundel deeply respects the dental hygiene diagnosis. You will have the autonomy to co-diagnose periodontal disease and design custom, biology-based therapy plans for your patients. What You’ll Do • Provide exceptional, gentle, and thorough clinical care utilizing biological dental protocols. • Educate patients on the oral-systemic connection, including nutritional counseling and biocompatible home-care routines. • Utilize ozone therapy and perform microscopic plaque assessments to customize periodontal treatment. • Maintain a warm, calming environment for patients, many of whom seek us out due to previous dental many of whom seek us out due to previous dental anxiety or chemical sensitivities. What We’re Looking For • A valid CT Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. • An open mind and a genuine passion for holistic health, wellness, and biological dentistry. • Experience in a holistic/biological office or an IAOMT/HAMS certification is a huge plus, but we are absolutely willing to train the right wellness-minded clinician! • Strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic bedside manner.
