Job description:
Hygiene Heaven Dental Wellness & Co. | Harker Heights, TX
Full-Time | Leadership Role | Growth-Focused Startup
About Hygiene Heaven Dental Wellness & Co.
At Hygiene Heaven Dental Wellness & Co., we believe dental care is more than procedures—it’s a pathway to whole-body healing, confidence, and restoration.
Our philosophy is rooted in: Protect → Preserve → Restore → Renew
We are building a membership-driven, wellness-centered dental experience that integrates clinical excellence with education, prevention, and community connection. This is not a traditional dental office—this is a movement starting in Aug 2026.
The Role
We are seeking a Business Manager & Wellness Pathway Coordinator who is both operationally strong and mission-aligned—someone who understands that oral health is directly connected to overall health, wellness, and even mental wellbeing.
This leader will serve as the bridge between business operations, patient experience, and community wellness integration, working closely with the Owner/Founder to build, grow, and scale Hygiene Heaven.
This is a startup environment, which means:
We value builders, not maintainers
We reward initiative, ownership, and innovation
You will play a foundational role in shaping culture, systems, and growth
Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership:
Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, patient experience, and team alignment
Lead, coach, and develop team members with a culture-first mindset
Help establish and refine policies, workflows, and wellness pathways
Set the tone for each day alongside the Owner (morning intention + alignment)
Wellness Pathway Coordination
Guide patients through their customized care journey (preventive → restorative → wellness integration)
Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall health
Support the implementation of membership models and patient engagement strategies
Growth, Marketing & Community Integration
Assist in executing monthly goals, meetings, and strategic initiatives
Build relationships with local wellness providers (nutritionists, hormone specialists, fitness, etc.)
Collaborate on events, partnerships, and community outreach
Contribute to brand growth through creative marketing and patient experience innovation
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Oversee scheduling optimization and production flow
Support patient financing conversations and case acceptance
Utilize systems such as Open Dental, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Maintain organization, reporting, and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years in the dental industry
Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong understanding of dental operations and patient flow
Experience with patient financing and case presentation
Proficiency in Open Dental (preferred), Excel, and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Mindset & Traits:
Innovative self-starter with a builder mentality
Strong leadership presence with a history of developing teams
Passion for health, wellness, and whole-body care
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable in a startup, growth-focused environment
Culture Fit
You may be a great fit if you:
Believe prevention is powerful and education changes lives
Understand that patients are people first—not procedures
Are energized by building something from the ground up
Value faith, purpose, and service in your work
See leadership as influence, not just authority
Additional Expectations:
Full-time commitment
Availability for at least one Saturday per month
Timeliness is essential—arrive early to align with leadership and set the tone for the day
Willingness to attend Continuing Education (CE) opportunities (some may include paid travel, in or out of state)
The Opportunity
This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to:
Help build a new model in dentistry
Be part of a mission-driven, wellness-centered brand
Grow into leadership as the company expands
Make a lasting impact on patients and the community
To Apply:
If you are ready to lead, build, and grow within a purpose-driven environment, we invite you to apply and become part of the Hygiene Heaven movement.
