We are looking for a dedicated Front Office professional to join our work family and help ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Position Overview & Schedule • Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (We offer flexible scheduling options for 3, 4, or 5 days per week). • Location: Prosper, TX (Private Practice). • Role: Serve as a key member of our administrative team, balancing patient interactions, schedule optimization, and insurance/billing workflows. What You Will Do • Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming front-office atmosphere. • Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize productive multi-specialty appointment calendars to minimize gaps and keep the day running smoothly. • Insurance & Billing: Verify dental insurance benefits, submit claims, and securely manage data entry into patient record systems. • Communication: Promptly answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with treatment presentation or basic follow-ups.
