Join Our Growing Multi-Specialty Dental Practice! Entry level or experienced - Part-time 4 days per week. Insurance/Patient Scheduling/Treatment Presentation We are a dynamic private practice specializing in Periodontics and Oral Surgery, and we are looking for a dedicated Front Office professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our multi-specialty practice, you will play an essential role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. 4 days per week. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage the reception area, and ease patient concerns regarding surgery. Scheduling: Coordinate, schedule, and confirm surgery appointments and consultations while maximizing doctor production schedules. Phone Management: Professionally manage multi-line phones, triage patient questions, and coordinate with referring dental offices. Insurance Verification: Verify medical and dental insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations for surgical procedures, and accurately calculate patient co-pays. Financial Duties: Collect payments, process patient check-outs. Records Management: Ensure all patient digital charts, health histories, and surgical referral slips are completely accurate and updated. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting, with skills in insurance/billing/scheduling and Dentrix being a plus. Your ability to manage patient interactions and appointments while maintaining accurate records will greatly contribute to our practice’s success. We are willing to train the right candidate.
