Nuvia Dental Implant Center is hiring a full-time Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator in St. Louis, MO 63141. This role is built for dental professionals who are ready to step away from traditional practice work and move into a patient-facing sales role with strong earning potential. If you’ve worked chairside, in hygiene, at the front desk, or in treatment coordination, you already know how much trust matters when patients are considering major dental care. In this role, you’ll use that background to guide patients through full arch dental implant treatment, explain financing, and help them take the next step. Top performers earn $100,000+ per year. You’ll meet with patients who have already expressed interest in full arch dental implants, build trust, answer questions, present financing options, collect payment, and coordinate next steps with the clinical and administrative teams. What You’ll Do - Meet with 4-7 warm patient leads each day - Guide patients through the full arch dental implant process - Build trust and help patients understand their options - Discuss financing and help remove barriers to care - Coordinate with doctors on diagnosis and treatment recommendations - Manage patient follow-up through the CRM - Collect payment and support financing applications - Hand off confirmed patients to the administrative team for scheduling - Participate in daily huddles and weekly training meetings What You’ll Bring - Experience in a dental practice, such as dental assisting, front office, treatment coordination, hygiene, or patient care - Interest in moving into sales or patient consultation - Strong communication skills and comfort discussing treatment and cost - Excellent follow-up and organization - CRM experience preferred - B2C sales experience is a plus - Empathy, confidence, and the ability to connect with people one-on-one - Comfort working in a performance-driven role with uncapped commission Compensation $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn $100,000+ per year. Full benefits package included. Location This is an in-person role based in St. Louis, MO 63141, with access to Creve Coeur, Town and Country, Chesterfield, Maryland Heights, Ladue, Clayton, and the greater St. Louis metro.
