Nuvia Dental Implant Center is hiring a full-time Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator in Winter Park, FL 32789. This role is a strong fit for dental professionals who are ready to transition out of chairside, hygiene, front office, or treatment coordination work and into a patient-facing sales career. You’ll guide patients through full arch dental implant treatment, explain financing options, coordinate with the clinical team, and help patients move forward with care that can change their lives. You won’t be working chairside, managing hygiene columns, or running the front desk. You’ll meet with patients who have already expressed interest in full arch dental implants, build trust, explain the process, discuss financing, collect payment, and help coordinate next steps. What You’ll Do - Meet with 4-7 warm patient leads each day - Guide patients through the full arch dental implant process - Build trust and help patients understand treatment options - Discuss financing and help remove barriers to care - Coordinate with doctors on diagnosis and treatment recommendations - Manage patient follow-up through the CRM - Collect payment and support financing applications - Hand off confirmed patients to the administrative team for scheduling - Participate in daily huddles and weekly training meetings What You’ll Bring - Experience in a dental practice, such as dental assisting, front office, treatment coordination, hygiene, or patient care - Interest in moving into a sales or patient consultation role - Strong communication skills and comfort discussing treatment and cost - Excellent follow-up and organization - CRM experience preferred - B2C sales experience is a plus - Empathy, confidence, and the ability to connect with people one-on-one - Comfort working in a performance-driven role with uncapped commission Compensation $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Location This is an in-person role based in Winter Park, FL 32789, with access to Orlando, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, College Park, Baldwin Park, and Central Florida communities.
