Schedule: Monday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM Compensation & Benefits: $26–29 per hour, depending on experience and skill set Performance bonuses Health Stipend 401(k) Uniform allowance Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for personal and professional growth What We Value Our practice places a high value on: Accountability Initiative Reliability Strong time management and punctuality Trust Direct communication Positive attitudes Teamwork Continuous learning Attention to detail Putting patients first Taking ownership and following through Helping create a positive and supportive team culture Qualifications: DA II certification Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent chairside assisting abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with Dentrix is a plus Clinical Responsibilities Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Taking high-quality radiographs, intraoral photos, and extraoral photos Assisting with extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and other advanced procedures Taking impressions and assisting with denture procedures Fabricating temporary restorations Accurate charting and documentation Assisting with treatment presentation and patient education Helping patients understand recommended treatment and next steps Maintaining operatories, clinical inventory, and supplies Sterilization and instrument processing according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Supporting teammates and helping wherever needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience Bonus Experience (Not Required) We love candidates who have experience with: Implant dentistry and surgical assisting Digital scanning CBCT imaging experience CEREC technology Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) Invisalign and clear aligner workflows Dentures and removable prosthetics Bilingual (English/Spanish) Don't have experience with all of these?
