Our systems and referral network support efficient scheduling, optimal diagnosis, and exceptional patient experiences. What You’ll Do - Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontics - Consult with patients and coordinate with referring dentists - Use CBCT and digital imaging for accurate diagnosis - Maintain detailed records and infection-control standards - Educate patients on aftercare and long-term maintenance What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Endodontic specialty certificate - Active or eligible Texas dental license - Strong patient-care focus and communication skills Compensation Production-based earnings with $900K potential, plus bonus and benefits.
