ABOUT THE ROLE Both full-time and part-time openings are available, full-time preferred, for a Registered Dental Hygienist at a high-end, fee-for-service office in Raleigh. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE - $55 to $60 an hour - Retention bonus for full-time hygienists - Fee-for-service office, not driven by insurance write-offs - Full-time or part-time schedule options - Established, upscale patient base - 401(k) matching - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance - Paid time off and paid holidays SCHEDULE - Full-time: Monday through Thursday, 7:40 AM to 5:00 PM - Part-time: 2 to 3 days a week, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:40 AM to 5:00 PM WHAT YOU'LL DO - Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive procedures - Educate patients on oral health and hygiene - Partner with the doctors and team on individualized treatment plans - Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Current state dental hygiene license - Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program - Strong communication and patient care skills - Comfort working in a fee-for-service, high-end practice setting LOCATION This role is based in Raleigh, NC 27615, in North Raleigh.
