$300,000.00. Sign-on/loyalty bonus. Orthodontist role in South Texas Brident Dental and Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Orthodontist covering McAllen Harlingen and Brownsville. This role is based at our McAllen and may be a good fit for orthodontist living in or near Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, or the broader Rio Grande Valley. This is a strong opportunity for an orthodontist who wants steady patient flow,(40-45 patients per day) clinical autonomy, and support from an established team in a busy, patient-focused practice. What You’ll Love: - $300,000.00 - Sign-on/loyalty bonus available -Bonus per start - Schedule: 16-18 days per month with 2 Saturdays per month - Fully equipped operatories with digital technology - Strong clinical and operational support 3 Ortho dental assistants and patient care coordinator About the Role: You’ll provide comprehensive orthodontics in an established practices in South Texas with consistent patient demand and the systems in place to support productive, high-quality care. This role is a good fit for an orthodontist who wants autonomy, team support, and room to grow production over time. What You’ll Do: - Provide comprehensive treatment - Deliver high-quality orthodontics with a patient-first approach - Build trust with patients and guide them through treatment options - Collaborate closely with clinical and front office team members - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records What You’ll Bring: - DDS or DMD from an accredited program -Orthodontics Certificate- -Active Texas dental license or eligibility- - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Commitment to clinical growth and continuing education Compensation: This role offers a competitive daily compensation, case start bonus, and sign-on/loyalty bonus, Location: This is an in-person Orthodontist role at Brident Dental and Orthodontics, covering all four Brident offices in South Texas TX s. The practices are in McAllen, Harlingen, Brownsville and may be a good fit for orthodontists living in Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, or nearby Rio Grande Valley communities.
