We are a start up private practice, celebrating 5 years this October and we are looking to expand our hygiene department!! Our small practice, patient centered, one doctor practice is looking for an out going hygienist to add to our amazing staff. Prefer someone with experience who feels comfortable speaking to patients and making them feel at ease. We are looking for someone who is a good fit for our close knit team. Computer skills and dental knowledge a must. OpenDental experience is preferred. This position would be 2-3 days per week. We have a hygienist going on maternity leave from November to March. We would need help during this time, but once she came back, the schedule will change. Ideally we need someone to work Monday/Wednesday or Monday/Friday or Wednesday/Friday with the possiblity of working Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We currently have 1 hygienist Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday 2 hygienist. We would like to have 2 hygienist every day we are open. We could float someone starting with us prior to November but that is really when the help is needed. So if you are working or temping some place else, we could work with your schedule. Our current work week is : Monday - 9a-4p, Tuesday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Wednesday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Thursday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Friday 7a-2p with a rotating Monday, Wednesday, or Friday closed days. Many benefits included after 90 days - PTO, Holiday Pay, 401k, and quarterly bonus. This position is hourly pay based on experience. 1 hour for recare and 1.5 hours for new patients. Fully digital office. Cavitron. Not assisted hygiene. We are located in The Woodlands in the Hughes Landing area.
