Our Plymouth office at Pruitt & Earp Dentistry is looking to hire an associate dentist. About Us Pruitt & Earp Dentistry is a well-established and rapidly growing practice in Greenville and Plymouth, NC. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality care, leveraging advanced technology, and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment for both our staff and patients. Plymouth is a small town right off the Roanoke River. It's about 45 minutes from Greenville, NC and an hour to the outer banks. It's ideal for someone who enjoys the scenic outdoors and likes day trips to North Carolina coastal communities. Position Overview We’re seeking an Associate Dentist to join our Plymouth, NC office on a full-time schedule: Four full days each week in Plymouth One half-day on a Friday each month Key Responsibilities Perform a broad range of dental procedures, from routine cleanings and exams to more complex treatments, aligned with your expertise and confidence. Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical needs and goals. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences. Uphold our high standards for patient safety, infection control, and professional ethics. Active North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain one). Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform both routine and complex restorative procedures.
