The primary role of the Receptionist is to schedule patients to come into the office and warmly connect with them and their families during their time spent in our practice. The receptionist should demonstrate a warm and approachable disposition to each patient on the phone and in person, providing the best possible “first impression” of the dental office. Our busy dental practice will keep you on your toes while providing a rewarding and exciting career. Responsibilities • Schedule patients to come in to the office, and warmly connect with them during any time spent in the reception area and during check-out • Provide a good “First Impression” (in-person, phone, and text) for patients through professional, friendly, and hospitable interaction • Help ensure office success by getting new patients into the office through excellent telephone skills in accordance with training • Interact with individuals in the reception area during their wait time • Schedule appointments in accordance with orthodontic office parameters • Answer telephones in a thorough and timely manner • Perform tasks (scheduling, taking payment, filing, etc.) with accuracy, attention to detail, and in a timely manner Qualifications • High School Diploma • Outgoing and Energetic personality • Experience in a dental office is preferred, but not required Benefits • Free orthodontic treatment for the employee and two family members • Paid time off • SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan with an employer match • Paid time to volunteer in the community • Opportunities for bonuses/incentive pay This position is in Rockwall most days with Wednesdays spent in our Canton location
